When your order is placed through our secure server you know that no third party can record your information. We AVS (address verification system) to compare your billing address to your credit card information on file with your bank or credit institution. Please take note that unless these match correctly, we cannot process your order successfully and a decline will be issued. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and we will never trade, lease or sell your name, e-mail address, or any/other personal information. We only will contact you if your order information is incomplete, declined or to update you on new product and services we may be offering to all customers, past and present. For all MSF orders, your order is shipped discreetly in a plain package with a shipping label from 'Shipping Company." There is nothing written on the package that identifies the contents exactly and will be shipped either DHL or USPS or a comparable shipping company.

Returns for MSF

All returns for the MSF supplement must be returned in the original box no more than 90 days postmarked from the original order date. Please include a signed letter as to why you are requesting a refund along with your original order ID number and original shipping reference. All refunds will be returned to the original credit card used for the transaction, no exceptions. Your shipping charges for the original order will NOT be returned. Your refund amount will be your total order less any shipping and handling charges. You must return all opened or unopened bottles. Limit one refund per customer ONLY, no exceptions. All items above must be met in entirety before a refund can be processed. All returns that are only partially filled out according to the items above will be void and not returned.
